The Holland College Hurricanes took care of business in front of a packed crowd at the Langille Athletic Centre, dismantling the Crandall Chargers 100-64.
Leading the way for the Hurricanes was Roosevelt Whyley who finished the game with a tidy 25 points and 15 rebounds.
It was a dominating effort from start to finish as the Hurricanes never trailed, jumping out to a 22-9 lead after the first quarter.
Despite some hot shooting from Trey David in the second quarter, the Hurricanes pushed their lead to 47-27 at half.
David would finish the game with 18 points, tied for the team lead with senior Umbori Watson.
The Hurricanes controlled the tempo, and finished above the rim with regularity, cruising down the stretch.
The Hurricanes will travel to Laval, Quebec for the CCAA National Championship at College Montmorency, which starts March 14th.
