The Hurricanes fell to the Mount Alison Mounties 3-1 after a strong first set taking the Mounties 25-11. The next three sets were back and forth with strong play from the Mountie offence led by middle hitter Sydney Umlah. The next three sets ended 26-24, 26-24, 25-22. The Hurricanes were led by their libero Dana Trainor who had a strong passing day finishing the game with 14 digs. (RC)
