ACAA women’s volleyball

The UNBSJ Seawolves hosted the UKC Blue Devils in ACAA women's volleyball Sunday, Nov. 14 at the G. Forbes Elliot Athletics Centre.

The Seawolves charged out of the gate, winning the first game 25-12. UKC tried to get back into the match but could not mount a comeback, as the Seawolves won in three straight sets 25-12, 25-17 and 25-22.

Sydney Flower led the Seawolves with 7 kills. Jane Campbell had 4 services aces and Talia Hill finished with 13 digs. Emma Wilson had 6 kills for the Blue Devils while Amelia Jardine had 12 digs.

The Seawolves evened their season record at 2-2 while the Blue Devils fell to 1-5. Teams next see action Saturday, Nov. 20 when the Seawolves travel to Crandall for a matchup with the Chargers at 1:00pm. The Blue Devils host STU Nov. 21 at 4:00pm.
