After a freezing rainstorm postponed their match on the weekend, the UKC Blue Devils hit the road to take on the Dal AC Rams in Truro, N.S, on Wednesday, Jan. 18.

Early in the first set, the two teams went point for point making for some great rallies and touches. But the Blue Devils found their groove and took a dominating lead winning the first set 25-14. Dal AC fought hard in the second, to try and get a set back but fell just short losing 25-20. In the third and final set, UKC sealed the game win with a 25-19 victory.

For the Blue Devils, Frances Cooke dominated with 17 kills, 10 digs, and 19 points for her team. Claire Traynor assisted with 2 kills, 24 assists, and 6 service aces. Earning 8 points for UKC.

For the Rams, Rookie, Callie Immerkar lead her team with 6 kills, 2 service aces, and 10 points. Ashley Rideoout contributed with 7 kills, 5 digs, and 7.5 points.

Heading into the weekend UKC hosts STU on Saturday, January 21. While Dal AC hits the road to take on UNBSJ on Sunday, January 22.
